Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. To confirm availability, please check our list of shipping destinations at checkout or contact us at help@reefperfumesna.com.
Processing Times
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM (CST) on Friday or during weekends will be processed the following business day.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically within 7-15 business days.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $100
All orders over $100 (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. No promo code is required; the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method. For international orders, additional customs fees or import taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery or arrival date at help@reefperfumesna.com. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
