Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Return Eligibility: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used, as these cannot be resold.

- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
- Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards and any promotional items provided with your order are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at help@reefperfumesna.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@reefperfumesna.com with photos and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund based on the circumstances.
Final Sale Items
Certain products may be marked as "final sale" and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. This includes any clearance or specially marked items.
